Official Raffle Rules

1. Sponsor & License

This raffle is sponsored and operated by Lester's Feet Foundation, a Kentucky nonprofit corporation, PO Box 250, Dry Ridge, KY 41035 (“Sponsor”).

Kentucky Charitable Gaming License Number: ORG0002967.

2. Raffle Particulars

• Ticket price: $100.00 USD per ticket.
• Sale window: Opens upon publication of these Rules and closes August 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
• Drawing date and time: September 4, 2026 at 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Drawing location: Boone Brothers LLC, 188 Turner CMS Way, Suite 120.
• Prize: Texas Whitetail Management Hunt (approximate retail value: $7,000). See Section 3 for the full prize description.
• Maximum number of tickets to be sold: No maximum.

3. Prize Description

The winner will receive one (1) four-day guided Texas whitetail management hunt at a ranch located outside of Corpus Christi, Texas. Tentative hunt dates are scheduled for the week of January 17, 2027, subject to outfitter availability, weather conditions, and ranch scheduling.

This hunt is for one (1) management whitetail buck with an estimated score up to 140 inches, as determined by ranch management and/or outfitter discretion.

Hunt package includes:

• Lodging
• Meals
• Texas hunting license and tag
• Professional outfitter/guide services

Not included:

• Transportation to/from Texas
• Airfare
• Transportation to ranch location
• Airport pickup or transportation services
• Meat processing
• Taxidermy
• Gratuities
• Personal expenses

Additional prize terms:

• The winner may use legal firearm or archery equipment in accordance with Texas hunting regulations.
• This prize is for the winning hunter only. No guests or additional participants are included unless specifically approved by Sponsor and the outfitter.
• Tentative hunt camp participants may include members of the Chasing Giants team, including Joe Miles, Terry Peer, and Don Higgins. In the event of scheduling conflicts, illness, production obligations, or unforeseen circumstances, listed guests may be replaced by other members of the Chasing Giants family or affiliated guests.
• The winner must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the hunt, unless otherwise approved by the outfitter and permitted by applicable law.
• The winner must be legally eligible to possess required licenses and weapons, and must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal hunting laws and regulations.
• Hunt dates are subject to weather, wildlife activity, ranch operations, and outfitter scheduling. Harvest opportunity is not guaranteed.
• Ranch management and the outfitter retain final authority regarding harvest decisions and safety matters.
• The winner may be required to execute liability and media/photo release waivers prior to participation.
• The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable unless approved by Sponsor.
• Sponsor reserves the right to reschedule the hunt due to weather, acts of God, ranch conditions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

4. Eligibility

• Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older.
• Purchasers must be legal residents of the United States. Online purchases originating outside the United States will be refused.
• Directors, officers, employees, and charitable gaming personnel of Sponsor, and their immediate household members, may purchase tickets only to the extent permitted by Kentucky law.
• Void where prohibited by law.

5. How to Enter

Tickets may be purchased through this website using a valid debit or credit card processed by Stripe. Purchasers must provide their full legal name (as shown on a government-issued photo ID), date of birth, a valid email address, and billing address at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, the purchaser will receive an email containing each ticket's sequential draw number and a unique validation number. The validation number is required to confirm the authenticity of any winning ticket. To claim the prize, the winner's legal name on file must match the name on a valid government-issued photo ID.

6. Drawing & Winner Selection

The winning ticket(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible tickets sold during the sale window. The drawing will be conducted at the date, time, and location stated above. Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Sponsor reserves the right to publish the winning draw number(s) on this website following the drawing.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except:

• If the sale window closes before your payment can be finalized, your purchase will be refunded in full;
• Where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds are processed automatically through Stripe and should appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Voided Tickets

Sponsor reserves the right to void any ticket that was issued in error, purchased fraudulently, purchased in violation of these Rules or applicable law, or otherwise rendered invalid in accordance with 820 KAR 1:058. A voided ticket is not eligible to win, and the purchaser will be refunded the ticket price.

9. Purchaser Information & Privacy

By purchasing a ticket, you authorize Sponsor to collect and use your full legal name, date of birth, billing address, email address, and transaction information for the purposes of conducting the raffle, verifying purchaser eligibility, complying with Kentucky charitable gaming reporting requirements, and notifying you if you are a winner. Your information is otherwise handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint about this raffle, please contact Sponsor first at support@lestersfeetfoundation.org or 765-400-2178. You may also file a complaint with the Kentucky Department of Charitable Gaming at dcg.ky.gov or by phone at (502) 573-5528.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, purchasers release Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and Stripe from any and all liability arising out of participation in the raffle, except as required by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered tickets or notifications caused by purchaser-provided contact information, internet connectivity, email filtering, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These Official Raffle Rules and the conduct of the raffle are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including KRS Chapter 238 and 820 KAR 1:058, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Changes to These Rules

Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Raffle Rules prior to the start of the sale window. After the sale window has opened, no amendment that would materially affect a purchaser's rights will be made except as required by law or by the Kentucky Department of Charitable Gaming.
