By accessing or using this website, including making donations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or to make a donation. Use of the site by minors is permitted only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Donations

All donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and processed through Stripe. Lester's Feet Foundation is a nonprofit organization; please consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your contribution.

4. Raffle Tickets

Online raffle ticket sales are governed by a separate document, the Official Raffle Rules, which include the applicable license number, eligibility requirements, drawing details, and refund policy for the current raffle. Raffle sales are conducted under Lester's Feet Foundation's charitable gaming license and are subject to Kentucky law, including KRS Chapter 238 and 820 KAR 1:058. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Official Raffle Rules, the Official Raffle Rules control with respect to the raffle.

Your use of this site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
